Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Virtual Mouse Jiggler website, apps, and browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
Virtual Mouse Jiggler makes small, human-like cursor movements so your computer and status apps register you as active. It's a convenience tool. You're responsible for using it in a way that complies with your employer's policies and any agreements you're bound by. We provide the tool; how you use it is up to you.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Your activation key is licensed to you for your own use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing it is prohibited and may result in the key being deactivated.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Trial, billing & subscriptions
- We offer a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- An active subscription is required for the apps to run. If your subscription lapses, is refunded, or is charged back, your activation key becomes inactive.
Pricing changes
We may change our prices at any time. For existing subscribers, a price change applies to your next billing period after the change. Where required by law, we'll give you advance notice by email. If you don't agree to a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect — continuing your subscription after a price change means you accept the new price.
Refunds
Because a free trial lets you fully evaluate the Service before paying, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact support@virtualmousejiggler.com and we'll try to make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, reverse-engineer or resell the software, circumvent licensing, or interfere with our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use it while your subscription is active. You get no other rights.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will keep any particular status app marked active, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it's compatible with every system or third-party policy. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any consequences with an employer or third party. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (like intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue after termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
